Designed for large-scale production, this square multi-mold produces 6 blocks per cycle, each weighing up to 4.5 kg. Due to its greater height, it is designed for the “cremoso alto”—the tallest wheel size of the classic Argentine cremoso, also known as “mantecoso.” The perforated walls of each cavity drain the whey by gravity, without pressing, preserving the soft curd and producing wheels with a creamy texture, even surfaces, and a clean finish.
