The Euroblock Евроблок) is the most widely used rectangular block mold in the cheese industry and Kual’s flagship product worldwide. Each finished piece measures approximately 500 × 300 × 100 mm—up to 15–20 kg per block or 5 bars of 4 kg each—with the dimensional precision required for cutting, packaging, and aging at scale.
Manufactured by Kual S.A. food-grade Kual HQ-PE engineering thermoplastic, featuring a micro-perforated wall that distributes whey drainage and shapes the rind evenly, ultra-strong seamless welding, and a smooth surface suitable for CIP cleaning. It withstands intensive production with a long service life and delivers blocks of consistent size, batch after batch.
Each Euroblock be custom-made to precisely replicate the external geometry of the molds the plant already uses. Integration is immediate: it replaces worn-out or third-party molds and equips new lines without requiring the retrofitting of presses, handling systems, or automation. A seamless replacement that preserves the existing investment and ensures production continuity.
Versatile for semi-hard cheeses—Tybo Тыбо), Gouda Гауда), Edam (Эдам), Maasdam (Маасдам)—as well as hard cheeses. This category includes both versions of the mold: the standard Euroblock Евроблок) and the Blue Euroblock, in high-visibility blue for immediate detection of foreign objects in plants with strict safety protocols.
