Mold for Sbrinz Reggianito cheese, single-use, made of Kual HQ-PE engineering thermoplastic. Its micro-perforated design ensures even drainage and a hard, low-moisture cheese, in a cylindrical shape suitable for grating and portioning. The ultra-strong, seamless weld leaves no gaps where residue can accumulate, making it suitable for CIP cleaning. It yields a finished product weighing approximately 7 kg.
